Ensuring the Best Experience
Because my time is valuable, I have in place policies for late arrivals, cancellations and no shows. Please read through each policy and reach out with any questions.
Late Arrival Policy
Each client is given a 10 minute grace period for late arrival. Any additional time may result in appointment being considered a no show and appointment will have to be rescheduled. If you are running late please contact me and I will try to accommodate.
Because I am appointment only, it is important that I am notified of cancellations in advance. Clients have up to 24 hours before appointment time to cancel. Anything within 24 hours is considered a last minute cancellation and is subject to a fee equal to 50% of service.
Due to length of appointment, Powder Brow appointments must be cancelled within 48 hours. Any cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 25% of service price and the deposit will be forfeited.
No Show Policy
No shows are when a client misses an appointment without any notification to the service professional. No shows are not tolerated and client will be charged 100% of service cost. Anything more than one no show will result in client being banned from booking. I understand emergencies happen, to avoid a no show please notify me if you are unable to make an appointment.
